New practices of vocational guidance work found their use in the sanatorium-well-hearing complex of the SA Science and Production Association Lavochka “Anapa Neptune” in the Krasnodar Territory.
On the eve of the upcoming academic year in Anapa-Neptune, the specialist of the training and development of Personnel Elena Ilyicheva conducted an event “Profession of My Parents”. The meeting took place at the layout of the legendary spacecraft “Lunohod-1”.
At the event, the guys were told who their parents work in NGOs Lavochkina, where you can learn this profession, what character traits need to be developed in themselves and what items of the school program should pay attention to. Among the professions of parents were noted: accountant, financier, technologist, engineer Design, engineer scheme engineering, normocontroller, fitting unit of aircraft.
The event continued quiz to space topics and a Cosmo-Quest. All participants were awarded souvenirs and, of course, an excellent mood for the remaining vacation. The vocational guidance program pursued extensive goals: from stimulating the interest of children to the profession of parents, educating a sense of respect for representatives of various professions and labor dynasties to a global issue – aware of the choice of profession.
In NPO Lavochkina there was a practice of labor dynasties, the total experience of some numbers centuries! Without glorious family traditions, without continuity of generations it is impossible to solve new large-scale tasks. Such events bring together in terms of intrameal professional values, help the younger generation to find a business and make the first steps to the conscious choice of profession.
