Most Russians expressed discontent with work

Most Russians (77 percent of respondents) are not satisfied with their current work due to the low level of salary, TASS reports with reference to the service survey “Work.ru”.

Satisfied with its work at the moment less than a quarter of Russians (23 percent). The most often satisfaction with the work was expressed by representatives of the spheres of production and industry (17 percent), transport and logistics (11 percent), IT (nine percent), education (eight percent) and medicine (six percent).

At the same time, citizens are most often mentioned about discontent due to low salary: 77 percent of respondents indicated this factor. Another 42 respondents complained to the lack of career growth capabilities. Almost quarters of Russians (24 percent) do not like the work hours, and every fifth (20 percent) dislikes the organization’s management.

According to the survey, 19 percent of Russians are not satisfied with the tasks performed during the work, 18 percent is a presentation of free time, 16 percent – lack of training, 14 percent – social package, and 13 percent – work geolocation. At the same time, ten percent of citizens expressed a desire to possess voluntary medical insurance (DMS), and seven percent would like to establish relationships with colleagues.

The study was carried out in August of this year in all Russian regions. It took part more than five thousand people aged 18 years.

Earlier, Russians chose the best age for leaving work. According to each fifth respondent, it is necessary to stop labor activity in 55 years.
