According to the channel, officials wanted to fly out of the city after he moved under the control of the Taliban. However, militants stopped them directly on the landing site. On the frames that appeared on the network, it can be seen how armed men in dark clothes are suitable for helicopters, when those are already preparing to take off.
As a result, the “Military Observer” notes, in the hands of Taliban, there were several fully serviceable military multi-purpose helicopters Mi-17. The number of captured machines is not specified, but in the published video you can see at least two helicopters.
