Kyrgyz police detained a resident of Bishkek, who attacked the employee of the shopping and entertainment center due to the fact that she spoke to him in Russian. This is reported by “Sputnik Kyrgyzstan” with reference to the Department of Internal Affairs of the Oktyabrsky district of the capital.
According to the publication, the case of hooliganism was initiated against the man. Initially, it was investigated under an article about small hooliganism, but later it was retracted. The man was placed in the SIZO for 48 hours, the court would choose a further preventive measure.
The incident with the attack occurred on August 2 in one of Bishkek’s shopping and entertainment centers. The man demanded that the administrator talked to him exclusively in Kyrgyz, began to insult the girl, and soon threw her in his head a calculator.
Later, law enforcement officers detained a man, however released a few minutes later. The client returned to the center and continued to insult the employee. On August 9, the State Duma asked the Chairman of the Kyrgyz parliament to take control of the situation with the attack. On August 12, a criminal case was opened against Kirgiz.
