Xiaomi brought an apology to its users because of problems with smartphones. It is reported by the Chinese edition of MyDrivers.
Apologies sounded during a press conference, on which the General Manager of Xiaomi Miui Experience Jin Fan (Jin Fan). According to him, the company is to blame for consumers, since the previously released version of the MIUI 12 system shell for smartphones had a large number of bugs and was not fully optimized.
In this regard, the fan stated that Xiaomi refuses the early release of MIUI 13, as it intends to completely reweper the system before the release. The top manager of the corporation also stressed that the company’s specialists recorded all major MIUI problems and released the MIUI update 12.5, in which the main disadvantages of the shell were corrected.
According to Xiaomi, in the current MIUI 12.5, 160 common problems of the system and 224 problems associated with embedded applications and services were fixed. The first party of smartphones, which will receive MIUI 12.5, includes 12 models. For example, recently represented Xiaomi Mi Mix 4, MI 11 Ultra, MI 10, and other devices.
The last time Xiaomi brought apologies to the brand fans in February 2020. Then the company commented on the disruption of the release of Android updates, explaining the problems with the spread of a new coronavirus infection.
