Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Moscow relies on the CIA assessments on the fact that the official government of Afghanistan may fall within a few months. He stated this on Thursday, on August 12, during the speech at the Tavrid Art Cluster, RIA Novosti reports.

In this regard, the Minister of Foreign Affairs remembered the role of the United States in the escalation of the conflict. “Because everything that happens in Afghanistan is the result of the US twentieth stay, we rely on the CIA assessment,” Lavrov said.

So the diplomat commented on the statement of the sources from the Pentagon, which predicted the fall of the official Kabul for one to three months.
