As noted by the lead infectionist of Kazakhstan Dinagul Baheyev, now there is a critical situation in the country with the incidence of children, and therefore the authorities are planning to instill at least 80 percent of citizens over 12 years. “A new strain behaves in the same way as a chickenpox. He has already acquired such qualities that even his small infectious dose can cause severe diseases of the disease,” she said.

Immunization campaign from coronavirus began in Kazakhstan on February 1. At the end of June, vaccination has become mandatory for all citizens who do not have medical contraindications. Total authorities are planning until the end of the year to provide two doses of the drug to six million people.

According to the latest data, since the beginning of the pandemic in the country, more than 600 thousand cases of COVID-19 were recorded, more than seven thousand people became victims of infection. For vaccination in the country, five drugs are available from Coronavirus: Arabic-Chinese HAYAT-VAX, Chinese Sinovac Biotech, Russian Satellite V., American Pfizer and Domestic Qazvac.
