The federal centers for the control and prevention of diseases (CCPZ) of the United States estimated the risk of miscarriage at vaccination against coronavirus and explained that the vaccination does not affect the interruption of pregnancy. The regulator message leads to TASS.
“The CACPZ conducted a new analysis of the vaccine safety data for pregnant women in the early stages and did not find any increase in the risk of miscarriage of the order of 2.5 thousand women who received a mRNA-vaccine from Coronavirus until the 20th week of pregnancy”, – noted in the statement.
The study was carried out for Pfizer and Moderna preparations, according to its results, the probability of miscarriage in vaccinated was about 13 percent, which is stacked in the statistical norm from 11 to 16 percent.
Earlier, the head of the Technical Group of Emergency Diseases of WHO Maria Van Kerkhov said that according to preliminary data obtained from the United States, the new strain of Coronavirus “Yota” does not lead to a serious flow of the disease. According to Wang Kerkhov, the number of cases of infection “Yota” -smm in the United States rapidly falls and “Delta” -variant coronavirus remains the main one.
