Issued release tenth platform Alt (P10) – new stable branch Repositories ALT, based on the repository of free programs Sisif (sisyphus). The platform is designed to develop, test, distribute, updating and supporting comprehensive solutions of all levels – from embedded devices to servers of enterprises and data centers; Created and developed by the /alt_linux_team”> Alt Linux Team , supported by the company Basalt SPO .
Alt P10 contains package repositories and infrastructure to work with eight architectures:
- five main (synchronous assembly, open repositories): 64-bit X86_64, AARCH64 (ARMV8), PPC64LE (POWER8 / 9) and 32-bit i586 and ARMH (armv7hf);
- three closed (separate assembly, images and repositories are available to equipment owners on request): E2K (Elbrus-4C), E2KV4 (Elbrus-8c / 1c +), E2KV5 (Elbrus-8SV).
For 32-bit MIPSEL architecture, the P10 branch is not created, support in P9 is carried out in Stated dates . For E2K architectures, the branches of the P10_E2K option is scheduled for September 2021. In the middle of 2022, the P10 branch is planned for the RISCV64 architecture. The assembly for all architectures is made native, without cross compilation.

- kernel real time : For the X86_64 architecture, two REALTIME-kernel Linux: Xenomai and Real Time Linux (PREEMPT_RT) are collected.
