According to the material, the farmer Markus Wipperfürth (Markus Wipperfürth) decided to attract the attention of the public to a flood that happened on Monday, July 12, in Germany. According to the farmer, he expected to get for the headdress of no more than 1,500 euros (130 thousand rubles). However, the next day he discovered that the cap was acquired for 80.3 thousand euros (seven million rubles). The name of the buyer is not disclosed.
Earlier in August, it became known that as a result of floods in Germany, Russians were killed. Russian ambassador Sergey Nechaev expressed deep condolences and words of support to their families, close and friends. He also stated that the embassy and Russian consular offices continue to track the situation in the country.
