Nevertheless, they agree that the state procurement is the most effective way to solve the problem.

The first deputy head of the Russian fishing company Savely Karpukhin stressed that the practice should noticeably expand. To supply security forces about 100 thousand tons, distribute supplies to medical institutions, schools and kindergartens.
