The Russian Ministry of Finance proposed to launch an experiment in the country on the online sale of domestic wines through the “Post of Russia”. First, the delivery of “Russian Post” will be carried out in Moscow, Moscow region and Mordovia, RIA Novosti reports. Start such a service want from January 1, 2022, the bill is published on the portal of projects of regulatory legal acts.
The document creates that in this way will sell wine, fastened wine and sparkling wine produced from grapes grown in Russia. “In the framework of the experiment, delivery to the buyer of the wines of Russia is carried out in the city of the federal value of Moscow, the Moscow region and the Republic of Mordovia. The Government of the Russian Federation may decide on the expansion of the territory on which the buyer is shipped by the buyer of the Wine of Russia within the framework of the experiment,” the draft law says.
Plans to trade alcohol through “Russian Post” reported in May. The initiative is designed to realize the instructions of President Vladimir Putin on the organization of direct deliveries of Russian wine from producers to consumers.
