Alfa-Bank took the work of international Campa’s finalists for UX researchers and product designers Alfa Battle Camp. The event was held in the format of online challenge on the final creative week in Sochi, the financial organization says.
The bank received almost 1,500 applications for participation and more than 190 essays, 80 participants took place in the second stage, and 50 in the final. Before the teams stood the task of creating design concepts and offer quality solutions for the bank products. The key themes over which participants worked, were investments and accumulations, everyday purchases and payments (Daily Banking), family finances, opening and supporting their business.
At the final stage of the competition was taken into account the assessment of solutions to neural vehicles: when in real time an emotional response of people to custom scenarios from participants was analyzed.
Distinctive feature Alfa Battle Camp was the use of a bundle “Designer – Researcher – Mobile Developer”. This made it possible to immediately test solutions, and then refine them with regard to the results from artificial intelligence.
Following the results of Battle, all participants in the final week of Campa got the opportunity to send the resume in Alpha Bank.
