New collection of Barbie’s “Olympic Games” dolls, which is part of the official goods “Tokyo-2020”, was originally released in February last year, but Mattel began to re-promote a ruler, with the start of the start of the games in the middle of the last month.

As part of the “inclusive” collection, the company has developed five new dolls representing new sports that have been added to the Olympic Games until 2020: softball, climbing, karate, skateboarding and surfing. Each doll has its own skin shade, hair color and body shape. However, as many users noticed, there is not a single representative of Asian culture among them – given that the Olympiad itself passed in Japan.
