Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration (AP) Dmitry Kozak will arrive in Moldova at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Maya Sanda. It is reported by Telegram-channel RIA Novosti with reference to the source in the Kremlin.
It is noted that the visit of the Kozak to Chisinau will be held on August 11.
The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration (Midea) of Moldova said that the deputy head will arrive in the country for “discussing the priority issues of the bilateral Moldavian-Russian Agenda.”
On August 9, Ambassador Moldova in Russia Vladimir Golovatyuk was removed from office because of his sexual harassment towards one of the collaborative representative office.
Previously, Sandu reported the need to restore a dialogue with Russia in all directions. According to her, countries require a prompt discussion of comprehensive cooperation. At the same time, she stressed that negotiations should be conducted at the level of governments and, possibly, the heads of two states.
