WHO encouraged not to make vaccination with a prerequisite for travel abroad

Vaccination from coronavirus should not make a prerequisite for travel abroad. This was stated by the official representative of the World Health Organization (WHO) Tarik Yasharevich, his TASS quotes.

According to him, vaccination can not be a prerequisite for trips until the world has equal access to drugs from COVID-19. Yasharevich added that the countries “should not add another point of discrimination.”

Nevertheless, WHO supports the introduction of digital certification of vaccines. Already, the organization is working on technological solutions in this area.
