Proton-PM (enters the integrated NGO structure Energomash State Corporation “Roscosmos”) introduces a centralized system for the provision of IT services. It complies with international ITSM standards (IT Service Management) and is created on the basis of the domestic software product “Inframener” – platforms for automation and management of the life cycle of IT services.
To date, the enterprise uses a combined service management system, which includes several software products. Also, IT specialists handle direct user handling. In connection with the expansion of the use of digital technologies at the production and increase in the number of active users, a systematic approach to organization and service management is required.
