Gazprom actually stopped the gas injection into underground storage facilities (PCG) of Europe. Reports about it “Interfax”.
According to the GAS Infrastructure EUROPE portal, for the gas day on August 2 in the North-West region, the difference between download and selection operations from storage capacity, which uses the company, amounted to negative values.
It is noted that the gas injection was stopped at the Bergermer’s repository in the Netherlands and Reden in Germany, while the Hydahs in Austria began to take fuel. At the same time, Catarina and YemGum repository in Germany continued to fill.
Earlier it was reported that Gazprom from Saturday, July 31, reduced gas injection into underground storage facilities in Europe. According to the information of the German transit operator GASCADE, gas supplies to Europe on the Yamal-Europe gas pipeline (through Belarus and Poland in Germany) – from 84 million cubic meters (at the entrance to Germany) in previous a few days to 50 million cubic meters on Saturday, 31 July, and 60 million cubic meters (in terms of day) on Sunday, August 1.
