Zhirinovsky urged to return cheap collective farmers

Chairman of the LDPR Vladimir Zhirinovsky called for the sake of price reduction on the “Borshcheva set” to return collective farm markets, where every wishes could sell their products. This politician wrote in his Telegram channel.

According to him, many markets in the suburbs, on the contrary, have been closed in recent years, because citizens allegedly more convenient to use supermarkets. However, the politician said that vegetables are cheaper at the usual sites from Soviet times.

Zhirinovsky pointed out that foods such as carrots, onions, beets, cabbage and potatoes are growing in the middle strip of Russia. There could be local enterprises, farmers and even gardeners to market for markets, and buy vegetables there would be no extra charge.

He stressed that the fundamental trading zones open in a number of cities do not solve the problem, because they have to pay for rent. Sometimes the price is too high, and sometimes it is manipulated to give the place “your own”. In addition, “most of these areas are eventually captured by South Mafia, which survives from the market of ordinary Russian people,” said Zhirinovsky. He remembered that during the trip to Istra saw her grandmothers sit at the entrance, because there is no inside the places.

On July 21, the President of the country Vladimir Putin spoke about the problem of the rise in price of the “Borshivoy Set”. He recognized that the situation is particularly acute with the increase in prices for basic products.

Regulation of food prices in Russia began with December last year. Then such measures were introduced against sugar and sunflower oil. It was assumed that they would act until the end of March, but due to the high inflation, the restrictions extended. Officials have repeatedly noticed that the freezing of prices is an extreme measure, but concrete time when it can be refused, unknown.

Last week, the Chairman of the Central Bank (Central Bank) Elvira Nabiullin suggested that high inflation in Russia will be long-term phenomenon.
