62-year-old Briton filed to court due to her grandmother colleagues

British Ann Suppon sues to the Publishing company, where she worked, due to the fact that the colleague called her in his grandmother’s article, reports RT with reference to The Times.

According to the publication, in 2017, in the magazine Fleet World, which was published by its publishing house Stag Publications, it appeared Steve Moody with Renault Kadjar car overview. In it, he, describing the car, expressed the opinion that she “wonderfully demonstrated itself on three spheres of application: as a family vehicle, like a car for bachelor connectors around the city and as a comfortable car for grandmother.” Under the grandmother he meant the predson, as she was among others also participated in the testing of the car.

Despite the fact that she was 62 years old and she had already had three grandchildren, the preds considered such a characteristic of the attack, as it affected the jokes from other colleagues. Subsequently, she quit and filed a complaint with a former employer, but he rejected it.

Suppon in the end decided to sue the publisher. There decided that the article of Steve Moody was discriminatory, but the claims of a woman to the ex-employer were rejected, because it was a “separate” incident.
