Tunisian security forces on Friday, July 30, broke into the house of Yasin Ayari – a deputy of the parliament, famous for the criticism of President Tunisia Kais Said and the Armed Forces of the country on his Facebook page. The security forces took the parliamentarian in an unknown direction, reports Reuters agency with reference to the words of his wife parliamentarian.
“20 armed men who have introduced the presidential security officers who broke into our house, they took Ayari, despite the prayers of his mother,” the deputy’s wife says. According to her, the security forces were forbidden to remove the detention process.
Tunisian oppositionist twice – in 2015 and 2018 – spent several months in conclusion on charges of slander into the Armed Forces of the Republic.
Previously, the largest parliamentary parties accused him of the state coup with the criticism of the president’s actions. The United States also called on Said to respect the country’s constitution.
President of Tunisia on July 28 suspended the work of Parliament and deprived the deputy inviolability of his members. The Tunisian leader justifies its actions to commit to corruption and certain backstage forces leading the country to the catastrophe.
