The policy of the Estonian authorities to combat COVID-2019 turned out to be a failure, which forces them to resort to more stringent anti-coronaviral restrictions. This was stated by the leader of the Estonian Conservative People’s Party (Ekre) Martin Helma, writes Delfi.
