According to the results of trading at the St. Petersburg International Commodity Exchange (SPBMTC) on Friday, July 30, the cost of gasoline has grown. AI-92 went up by 0.01 percent to 57 349 rubles per ton, and AI-95 – by 0.18 percent to 58,659 rubles. About this with reference to the data of the site reports RIA Novosti.
Russian Energy Minister Nikolai Shulginov on Wednesday, July 28, noted that the decision to ban export can be taken after the trading day on Friday. At the same time, the reason for the introduction of restrictions will appear if the trend on the reduction of stock price will not be sustainable.
Thus, the market could not fulfill this requirement. Despite the retreat of prices from record indicators, officials may assume that without restrictions, the situation will deteriorate in the future.
Earlier, the deputy head of the Ministry of Energy Pavel Sorokin argued that all regulatory documents for the introduction of export prohibition are ready. It will last at least three months. Regardless of the restrictions on the export of power, it was obliged to increase the value for the sale of gasoline on the stock exchange from 11 percent to 12.
On the eve it became known that the federal antimonopoly service began to carry out unscheduled oil checks. Thus, the Office intends to identify all the factors that affect the pricing in the fuel market.
