Xiaomi answered questions of customers of smartphones of the company and promised to improve maintenance. The company’s response is available on the site with a published open letter from fans.
Representatives of the Chinese corporation noticed that Xiaomi appreciate confidence and support from users and try not to bring fans. The company confirmed that the support of Xiaomi smartphones is not at the best level, as specialists are forced to adapt the versions of phones for different markets.
The message mentions MIUI, which is used as a system shell for Android and is supplied to the smartphones of Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco families. “Requires systematic efforts to continuously optimize the operation of the system and the time to deploy the update device for the device,” the company noted, responding to consumer claims.
Representatives of Xiaomi also reported that MIUI is the first product of the company in the mobile segment: “We brought the products of our ecosystem to world markets along with smartphones to make high-quality technologies available to all.” The corporations asked users to gain patience and promised to improve the service worldwide.
An open letter to Xiaomi was published in May. In it, users complained about the quality of global support for smartphones and MIUI outside China. Also in the letter states that the corporation could concentrate on the quality of support instead of producing a large number of devices every year. At the time of writing a note, the letter signed a little more than seven thousand users.
Previously, the owners of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 series devices complained about the incorrect operation of the displays of the devices – the delay of the sensor and lit up. The company brought consumers an apology and answered that the defect touched a small number of devices.
