President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko made the construction of a second nuclear power plant in the country (NPP). Earlier, the Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Vladimir Gusakov, said that in the future in the republic it will be necessary to build a second and third nuclear power plants.
