Zakharova announced absence of NATO plans to interact in Russia and Belarus

Normal interaction between Russia and Belarus is not included in NATO plans. This was stated by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharov. Her words lead RIA Novosti.
