Belarus has revealed a plan to expand Western sanctions

Belarus is ready to go to Asian and Russian technologies as an answer to the expansion of Western sanctions. This was stated by Prime Minister Roman Puzzchenko, reports TASS.

According to him, Minsk expects that the West will not introduce new measures against the republic. Golovchenko noted that Belarus has always advocated good neighborly, but it has full right to compensate for the damage that the company may suffer. “A set of measures in response to sanctions is ready,” he added.

Previously, the representative of the European Commission (EC) Peter said that the EU was preparing sanctions against Belarus. According to him, the measures will be adopted in the near future. He noted that the union does everything in order to make the decision of the EU leaders as soon as possible.

In early June, the EU was reported that the EU plans to impose sanctions against large Belarusian enterprises by the end of the month.
