Press Secretary of the White House, Jen Psaki shared expectations of the US Administration from the meeting of the Russian and American presidents Vladimir Putin and Joe Bayden, which is scheduled for June. Her words report RIA Novosti.
According to Psaki, the United States does not count that the summit will help solve all problems and challenges in the relations of two countries. “We still expect difficult discussions in the future,” she said.
At the same time, the American side considers the meeting as an opportunity to discuss areas where countries have joint interests, and “topics where we have concerns,” a press secretary added.
Meeting of the Presidents of Russia and the United States will be held on June 16 in Geneva. In the White House previously reported that one of the topics selected by Biden to conversate with Putin will be cybersecurity.
