Putin extended term of temporary residence of migrants in Russian Federation without sanctions

Russian President Vladimir Putin approved the extension of the time of temporary stay of migrants in the territory of the Russian Federation without sanctions. According to the decree signed, subject to the absence of offenses of foreigners will not be expelled until September 30, the Kremlin press service clarifies.

The text of the document emphasizes that until this date of the authorities will not make decisions against foreign citizens or individuals aimed at forced expulsion outside the country, expulsion “in the form of a controlled independent departure”, deportation or transfer to a foreign state in accordance With the International Agreement of the Russian Federation on readmission, as well as decisions on the ban on entry into the territory of the country or the undesirability of stay (residence) in the country or to reduce the time stay in Russia.

The exceptions is provided for the exemplated prison, violators of the legislation on the Russian State Registration, as well as for those who represent a threat to national security.
