EU and the United States will create a high-level dialogue in order to agree on a general policy against Russia. This is stated in the document compiled according to the results of the EU Summit – USA.
“We are ready to resolutely respond to negative behavior and harmful acts [Russia], to which you should pay attention to in order to prevent further deterioration of relationships,” the statement says.
Western countries emphasized that they leave open communication channels for cooperation with Moscow. This primarily concerns issues of mutual interest. The EU and the United States also called for Russia to provide “normal work” of diplomatic missions.
