The leader of North Korea Kim Jong Yun sent Vladimir Putin to the President of the Russian Federation on the occasion of Russia’s congratulatory telegram. It is reported by RIA Novosti.
According to the information of the North Korean Central Telegraph Agency (CAC), in the telegram Kim Jong Yun on behalf of the government and the people of the DPRK congratulated the president, the government and the people of “friendly Russia”. He wished Putin “Health and Great Success”, and Russians – Welfare and prosperity.
Kim Chen Yun expressed confidence that the relationship of “friendship and cooperation” between Pyongyan and Moscow “will continuously expand and strengthen in all areas.” The North Korean leader also noted that both countries seek to protect and further develop in accordance with the new era of friendly relations with long history and tradition.
The first visit to Kim Jong Yana to Russia took place at the end of April 2019. Meeting with the Russian president Vladimir Putin then passed in Vladivostok. Leaders of more than two hours communicated in closed from the press. Putin called the meeting “sufficiently thorough”, and Kim is “meaningful.”
Earlier, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken congratulated Russians on Russia. According to him, the United States firmly intends to support the Russian people and his “desire to work with the international community”, as well as “peacefully cooperate on issues of global interest.”
