In the Scientific and Production Association “Energomash” named after Academician V.P. Glushko (part of the state corporation Roscosmos) held an installation meeting with the director of the center of accounting and analyzing the results of the scientific and technical activities of the Roskosmos State Corporation, Natalia Bellenka and the director of the Unified Sectoral Center for Intellectual Property on the basis of the organization “Agat” Anna Grazhekova on the audit of the management system Intellectual property in NGO Energomash and enterprises of the integrated rocket engine construction structure.
This large-scale project is planned to begin with an audit of the intellectual property management system at leading enterprises of the rocket and space industry, including NGO Energomash. The director of the center of accounting and analyzing the results of scientific and technical activities of Roscosmos State Corporation Natalia Belenkaya stressed that NGO Energomash is one of the leading enterprises in the rocket and space industry in the field of intellectual property management, therefore, the management of the state corporation decided to start this project here.
in her opinion, it is very important to form a portfolio of intellectual rights that will protect the unique developments of NGO Energomash, including in the framework of exercise of foreign economic activity, which will increase the economic efficiency of the enterprise through the use of the results of intellectual activity. For its part, the chief designer NGO Energomash Peter Levochkin spoke about the organization of patent business in the enterprise. He noted that the NGO Energomash created a unique research and design school, which belongs to more than 200 patents for inventions and useful models, many of which were decorated in Europe and the United States.
Deputy General Director for the Strategic Development of NGO Energomash Dmitry Pakhomov also noted the importance of this project, stressing that such an audit should be carried out not only in NGO Energomash, but also at the enterprises of the integrated rocket engine building as a whole. With the support of the center of accounting and analyzing the results of the scientific and technical activities of the state corporation “Roskosmos”, this work can be built more clearly and competently. Within the framework of the meeting, the parties agreed to develop a roadmap, which would begin the work on the formation of a portfolio of intellectual rights and their design.
