Lukashenko declared health care of Minsk worst in Belarus

Minsk lags behind in the development of health care from other regions of Belarus. This was stated by the President of the country Alexander Lukashenko during a visit to the 2nd urban children’s clinical hospital, reports Interfax-West.

“We will consider the perspective of the city and bringing health care. Because worse than in Minsk, we have no anywhere,” the president said.

The chief doctor of the medical institution of Larisa Schchenko assured that due to the coronavirus pandemic, other patients began to receive less than the attention of physicians. According to her, it is planned to build a new hospital building, and the old one to give the needs of other institutions.

Lukashenko demanded to approach the question “Optimally”.

June 16 reported that Belarus began testing its own vaccine from coronavirus. The development of a prototype is planned to be completed by autumn and launch in production next year. In the creation of the vaccine, five RNPC laboratories are involved.
