Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed additionally to allocate 30 billion rubles to the regions of the country to repair roads. He stated this during the plenary session of the XX Congress of the United Russia party, reports TASS.
Head of State noted that money should be sent in the coming days so that regional authorities can use them in the summer, and in the autumn months, that is, in the period, “optimal for high-quality road works.”
According to Putin, the authorities will also send an additional 50 billion on the development and modernization of public transport.
Earlier it was reported that Putin instructed in 2021 to launch a special medical rehabilitation program, which should be allocated at least 100 billion rubles. He applied with an appropriate request to the Government of Russia, specifying that the project is designed until 2026 inclusive.
