The former Judge Svetlana Martynov, who collaborated with the gang of the Assays, assigned about 200 million rubles from the amount allocated by Gazprom for the construction of the South Stream gas pipeline. It is reported by Telegram Channel Mash.
She tested the criminal scheme in 2011. When the route appeared, a man came to Martynov and offered her to assign a part of the money allocated in compensation to the owners of the plots. The fact is that the pipe was supposed to pass on the ground of CJSC “Mayak”, and the brother of judges owned 50 percent of the shares of this company.
Officially, Gazprom issued 214 million rubles “lighthouse”. To master the funds of Martynov became the representative of his brother and began to dispose of money. For earnings, she created several one-day firms to whose accounts and millions of rubles went.
Light-director “Mayak” sued each of the firms, but the funds received did not work out. Currently, the defendant Committee on the Krasnodar Territory is engaged.
Martynov was convicted for seven years for fraud with land plots belonging to the company’s hopes. In early June of this year, she further recognized that there was an intermediary in a bribe of five million rubles to judges of the Kushchevsky District Court.
