Russian President Vladimir Putin and his American colleague Joe Biden did not invite each other to visit. About this, the Russian leader told during a press conference after meeting with Biden in Geneva, the correspondent “Renta.ru” reports.
“President Biden did not invite me to visit. I have not yet made such invitations,” Putin said. He noted that for such meetings should “contemplate” suitable conditions.
According to the Russian leader, Biden during a bilateral meeting recalled his family, in particular, about the words of Mom. He stressed that such statements do not belong to the case, but show the level of moral values of the American president. Putin also concluded that after a meeting with a colleague from the US, he had no new illusions, as it was not and old. “Where did you get about the illusions? There are no illusions and can not be,” he said.
The meeting of the Russian and American presidents was held on June 16 in Geneva at Villa La Grun. Leaders communicated for three and a half hours.
