Apple has stopped the production of the most compact iPhone 12. It is reported by the TrendForce agency.
According to the Taiwanese research company’s report, the American IT giant has completely stopped the production of iPhone 12 mini. The refusal of the budget flagship is associated with its low demand in the market. Analysts reported that the production cycle of a failed 12 mini ahead of schedule approached the end in the second quarter of the year.
Despite the fact that Apple has remained disappointed with an affordable model, in 2021 the company will present the successor – iPhone 13 mini or iPhone 12S mini. Despite the funeral of the device, the 5.4-inch smartphone is still available in the Apple online store and in retailers. Most likely, in the coming months, all reserves of devices that have been shipped to the market will be born.
