Rosaviatsia banned the airline “Skole” to use 35 aircraft due to non-fulfillment of obligations under lease agreements, writes RBC about this.
It is noted that restrictions are introduced on the basis of federal aviation rules and statements by the State Transport Leasing Company JSC (GTLC) in connection with the termination of legal grounds for their use.
Nevertheless, the “Skole” remains there are still 18 aircraft, which can fly, including socially significant routes. Employees of the company will be offered employment to other places.
In the Ministry of Health of Russia, they provided information that the carrier allowed violations in the performance of work to provide medical care, in particular artificially underestimated prices, which led to the termination of state contracts in a number of regions of Russia.
In GLTC, said the airline refuses to return the aircraft and helicopters belonging to it, thereby undermine the work of sanitary aviation. “Skole”, in turn, said that the actions of the GLTK prevent flights to perform the fulfillment of patients who need emergency evacuation in medical institutions.
