Putin instructed to start restraining electricity prices

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to prepare by July 1 proposals to contain the growth rates of electricity tariffs for residents of Siberia and the Far East, which may occur due to the energy supply of the infrastructure of the Baikal Amur and Trans-Siberian highways. This is stated in the list of orders of the head of state, published on the website of the Kremlin.

Also, the head of state ordered to synchronize the deadlines for entering the necessary energy infrastructure with the completion of work on railway facilities as part of an increase in the capacity of both highways.

The list of orders contains a clause on determination and implementation, if necessary, backup bandwidth and transport abilities of Bam and Transsib in Siberia and the Far East.

For this, Putin ordered to use their imitation models and evaluate systematic violations of technological norms. Then, in the period until December 30, a set of measures should be developed for their prevention.

On the same time, the question of the development and implementation of the standards of transition to the use of Russian innovative cars and thrust that meet international environmental requirements should be studied. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishoustin was appointed responsible for execution of orders.

Earlier it was reported that the Development Project of the Baikal Amur Highway is one of the applicants for the money of the National Welfare Fund (FNB). In addition, the Russian authorities decided to engage in construction railway troops and prisoners.
