According to him, Russia directly expresses against increasing the number of countries representing the “collective West” in the Sovss. He stressed that any reform of the Security Council should lead to the formation of its more balanced composition and it should be about expanding the representation of developing states. At the same time, the Soviet should remain a working body, and if it is significantly expanded, then there will be problems with coordination, the Russian diplomat explained.
