Putin freed some Russians from taxes

President Vladimir Putin signed a law that frees some Russians from paying tax on income of individuals (NDFL). The appropriate document is published on the official portal of legal information.

According to the new rules, citizens received income within one million rubles from the sale of residential real estate and within 250 thousand – from non-residential.

Income can be designed in the amount of the entire amount of the transaction (if the property object was presented, and then sold) or in the form of a difference between selling and purchases.

The former order prescribed to pay personal income tax in the amount of 13 percent of the profits obtained when selling real estate. It is possible to avoid this, provided that the real estate object was owned by the payer for five years (or three, if he was presented or was inherited).
