Israel: announced “revival” of negotiations with Palestine

The New Government of Israel seeks to resume negotiations with Palestine, writes the AXIOS edition. Some sources in the Jewish state are so inspired by this, which is called what is happening “revival”.

It is noted that during the reign of the Premier of Benjamina Netyahah, who lasted for about 12 years, there was almost no dialogue between the parties. Over the past month, the President of the Palestinian Autonomy, Mahmoud Abbas, talked to the phone with three major politicians of Israel: president, and two ministers. This is the first similar case for 5 years – last time with Abbas was convened by Netanyahu 2017 due to collisions in Jerusalem.

In meetings of the Palestinian and Israeli authorities, health and security issues were discussed. It is also known that Israel agreed to issue more than 15 thousand new job permits on their territory.

In June, Israeli fighters attacked the military facilities of the Palestinian group of Hamas in the Gaza Strip. It was the answer to the launch of Hamas on the territory of Israel on the eve of several tens of air balloons with combustible substances and bombs.
