Only 14 percent of Russians are currently working precisely in the sphere that dreamed of in childhood. This is evidenced by the data of the research of services “Work.ru” and “Saltorovye”, writes RIA Novosti. More than five thousand Russians from all regions of the country participated in the survey.
It is noted that 20 percent of respondents work in a similar area with a profession from children’s plans. Most of the respondents (66 percent) admitted that they did not make their career plans from childhood.
At the same time, 28 percent of respondents said that in order to achieve the goal, they did not have enough motivation and effort. A quarter of respondents noted that in the profession of dreams it would be difficult to get without connections. Another 22 percent of respondents admitted that in adulthood they just liked another specialty. Each tenth student study noted that the dream profession was convinced by the parents.
Earlier it was reported that most Russians faced failures at work. According to a survey of the service for finding Superjob, the share of people who had dips at work amounted to 76 percent. In the course of a survey about his missions, men (78 percent) were talked more often than women (74 percent). In the problems mostly, people over 45 years old were not shy (81 percent). Most Russians (66 percent) stressed that difficulties at work are not frightened. Only 23 percent of employed fear of failure.
