Putin also recalled that he signed a law that guarantees the protection of the minimum revenue of debtors, to which the penalty cannot be imposed.

According to the law, wages and other revenues of the debtor, equal to the size of the subsistence minimum (in 2021 it is 12,702 rubles), are included in the list of property that cannot be recovered by executive documents.

The debtor must contact the federal bailiff service (FSSP) and specify an account with which it will not be written to this amount. If in the region, this indicator exceeds the common country, then it is taken into account. The law will come into force on February 1, 2022.
