President clarified that today world food indices are located on the highest plank over the past 10 years. The rise in food prices is a global trend, and it happens everywhere, he added. “We have the biggest growth of [prices] for food last year. The most sugar grew up – 41 percent and sunflower oil,” the head of state said. Putin reminded that the government adopted a number of decisions to deter price. We are talking about the agreement between manufacturers and trading networks, as well as on subsidies to manufacturers of finite products for the purchase of raw materials and the introduction of increased export duties. “In general, the state pays attention to this, may sometimes be in time,” the president admitted.
