France: fourth wave of Covid-19 was predicted

The fourth wave of coronavirus can come to France in autumn. Such a forecast was announced by the head of the Scientific Council of the country Jean-Francois Delfrasi in an interview with France Inter.

The scientist noted that such conclusions made such conclusions, given the appearance of the COVID-19 delta strain, as well as the situation observed last year.

He stressed that despite the decline in infection cases, it is impossible to exclude the arrival of a new wave, since in summer people will surely relax. He called on the inhabitants of the country to remember the vaccination. “We must remember the last summer. At the end of June 2020, we had about comparable figures, but in September a new wave came,” said Delfrasi, noting that because of the large number of those who made the fourth wave would differ from the previous ones.

as clarifies RT, in France, about 1815 new infections are detected daily. The number of lethal cases from April decreases, and on June 29, 33 dead patients with coronavirus were reported.

Earlier, the head physician of the Moscow Hospital No. 71 and the TV host Alexander Butchestnikov spoke about the development of a universal vaccine from coronaviruses. At the same time, he explained that there is no new coronavirus in mind, but in general, all the varieties of coronaviruses, which are many “and in animals, and in humans.”
