The Prosecutor General of the Czech Republic Pavel Zeman, who argued with other statesmen because of the cases of explosions in Vrbetice, resigns: His authority expires on Wednesday, June 30. This was reminded readers České Noviny.

After leaving the Prosecutor General of his obligation, perhaps will take on the former Military Prosecutor Igor Grozh. His candidate has not yet been approved: the successor of the land will probably be appointed new government, which will form after elections in October.
June 28 began it to be known that the authorities of the Czech Republic demanded compensation for damage after the explosion in Vrbetice in 2014. We are talking about the amount of 650 million kroons (about 25.5 million euros), they are planning to distribute to victims of local residents and distribute among the authorities of nearby settlements.
The explosions of ammunition at military warehouses in the village of Vrbetitsa occurred in 2014. Then two people died. In mid-April 2021, the Czech Republic accused Russian special services in involvement in the occurrence, although different Czech politicians speak with different opinions about explosions. So, Prime Minister Babish does not doubt Moscow and does not consider other versions of what happened, and the President of the Republic of Milos Zeman insisted on the investigation of various interpretations of the incident.
Anyway, the accusations of Prague led to the exacerbation of her relationship with Moscow. It is because of this that Russia made the Czech Republic in the list of unfriendly countries.
