The Russian government approved the rules for paying for a pension for employees of the agro-industrial complex. This was announced by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, RIA Novosti reports.
He explained that 25 percent will increase payments to pensioners who worked in agriculture for at least 30 years. Already from the beginning of next year, representatives of only more than 500 professions can be calculated. “The main thing is that the place of their work was an agricultural enterprise,” the head of government indicated.
Earlier it was reported that in Russia from July 1, the rules for crediting pensions, maternal capital and other social benefits will change. Such payments will be listed only on the Mir payment system. Those who cannot issue a bank card will remain the opportunity to receive transfer in the form of cash or on the usual bank account.
On June 24, Deputy Prime Minister Marat Husnullin offered to attract pensioners to mobilize labor personnel in the Russian construction industry. Regions “practically fight for labor resources,” he noted. “We fell into the demographic failure of the 90s and the beginning of zero. Therefore, we need to build a competent policy of attracting specialists. This is a training, and mobilization of even non-working retirees,” Husnullin stressed.
