The Federal Tax Service (FTS) filed a lawsuit for recognizing bankrupt company “Ramport Aero” – Operator of the airport “Zhukovsky”, one of the four airline airline airports, reports RBC.
The reason for such actions was the proceeding of taxes. Back in November last year, the Company could not pay in time, the total amount of debt at that time was estimated at 11.96 million rubles.
The “Ramport Aero” is called technical claim and argue that the airport bankruptcy is not threatened. The company promises to pay off debt for two weeks, noting that it became the result of extremely heavy for the entire aircraft 2020.
Operator “Zhukovsky” carries losses since 2016, but last year they have reached a record 763.4 million rubles. According to the SPARK system, the company’s accounts remain blocked, the representative of the Ramport Aero stressed that operating performance is restored, and payments for current obligations are conducted without delays.
In the Card file of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region, several lawsuits to “Ramport Aero” appeared at once. In June, the Company “SpecMash-CIS” addressed debt, in April – Flight Research Institute named after M. M. Gromov, on the basis of the test airfield of which and built “Zhukovsky”.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting with graduates of the personnel reserve program of the Higher School of Gospill said that the collection of taxes is creative work that does not tolerate the formal approach.
