Russian employers rated the likelihood of raising salary to employees. More than a third, 36 percent, intend to do this in the second half of 2021 years, such data are given in the study of the service “Work.ru”, RBC reports.

62 percent of respondents are not going to change cash payments to employees, 2 more percent plan to reduce them.

More than half of employers (54 percent) reported that they had already increased staff postponement in the current year, on average, the purchase was 10 percent, thus 60 percent respondents answered.

36 percent raised the remuneration for labor 10-30 percent, 3 percent – by 30-50 percent, and only one percent – one and a half or two times.
